How does the launch trial work?+
Through 31 December 2026 (Malta time), eligible users can start a 30-day Pro trial with a card. It is available once per user. After the trial, the subscription renews at USD 15/month unless cancelled.
Can I use a promo code with the free trial?+
No. Choose the standard trial or the separate promo-code checkout. The discount and its duration are displayed before you confirm.
What happens if I cancel?+
Your paid access continues until the end of the current period. Afterwards, saved records remain available in read-only mode. No annual commitment.
Are all features unlimited?+
No. You can connect up to ten mailboxes. AI usage and storage are subject to product limits, and connected providers have their own limits. OhFellow is not for bulk cold emailing.
Does tax get added at checkout?+
The standard USD 15/month price includes applicable taxes. Business details and VAT information can be entered at checkout; tax treatment depends on the transaction.
Is Free a second full-featured plan?+
No. Free lets you explore and read saved records. Creating or changing work, generating documents and connected mailbox activity require Pro.
