OhFellow is provided by Fierce & Tame Limited, registration C115080, 21 De Tigne Triq Ix-Xatt, SLM 3010 Sliema, Malta. These terms describe the service and the responsibilities that come with using it.
Your account and workspace
Keep account credentials safe and use only mailboxes, records and files you own or are authorised to manage. You are responsible for what you send, upload and record, and for checking customer details, invoice numbers, payment records and tax treatment.
What OhFellow provides
OhFellow is an operational workspace for communication and business records. It is not an accounting, audit, legal or tax-advisory firm, a tax-filing service, or a guarantee that a record meets every local requirement. Ask Fellow offers guidance and may be incorrect. Seek qualified advice when your decision requires it.
Free and Pro
New workspaces begin on Free. Pro enables working features. The standard monthly price is USD 15, applicable taxes included. Existing subscriptions retain their agreed currency and price. Billing shows the terms before confirmation. There is no annual plan.
Trials and promotions
The launch trial is available to eligible users through 31 December 2026, Malta time. It requires a card, lasts 30 days and is available once per user. It renews into a paid subscription unless cancelled. Trial and promo-code checkout are separate; they cannot be combined. A promotion’s duration and subsequent standard price are shown at checkout.
Cancellation and payment issues
You can manage cancellation in Billing. Access continues until the end of the paid period, after which saved records remain read-only. Eligible failed renewal payments have a seven-day grace period; initial payment failure does not start Pro. Your mandatory consumer rights are not excluded by these terms.
Connected services and acceptable use
Connected providers have their own terms and limits. Do not use OhFellow for spam, bulk unsolicited outreach, unlawful content, unauthorised mailbox access or attempts to bypass workspace limits. Connection or provider problems may affect feature availability.
Records, archive and deletion
You decide which records to keep and must meet any retention duties that apply to you. Archive is recoverable; permanent deletion is distinct and can affect linked records. Read the confirmation before deleting and keep independent copies of records you need.

The service may change and may sometimes be unavailable. Contact hello@ohfellow.com for support, billing or terms questions. Nothing here removes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
