Information used to provide the service
We process account and workspace details, authentication information, billing status and the records you choose to put in OhFellow. If you connect a mailbox, we process the messages and connection credentials needed for the mail features you use. A connected mailbox begins from its connection time; earlier messages stay with the provider.
Why information is processed
Information is used to provide the requested service, authenticate access, maintain security, support billing and respond to enquiries. Optional marketing and optional website analytics depend on your separate choices. Creating an account does not automatically subscribe you to marketing.
Service providers
OhFellow uses Hostinger for hosting, Supabase for authentication, database and private storage, Cloudflare Workers and private R2 storage for scheduled file backups, Stripe for payments, Resend for service emails and preference synchronisation, and Anthropic for Ask Fellow. Google, Microsoft and other mailbox providers are involved when you choose to connect their services. Service providers may process data in other countries under their applicable arrangements.
Ask Fellow and your records
The current section gives Ask Fellow context. Private records are included only when you choose to share them. The assistant is read-only. Review what you share and avoid including information that is not needed for your question.
Cookies and analytics
Optional website analytics stays off until you agree. You can change the choice through Cookie preferences. See the cookie policy for details.
Marketing choices
Product news and selected partner offers are separate, optional choices. Consent and withdrawal times are recorded. Partner offers are sent by OhFellow; that preference does not authorise sharing your email with partners. Account verification, security, password-reset and billing messages are separate service emails.
Retention and your choices
Records remain while needed for the service and applicable obligations. Archiving is not deletion. Permanent deletion is a separate action; records retained for legal, security or backup reasons may not disappear immediately. Private file backup copies can remain after deletion from the active workspace; contact us for a deletion request covering retained backup copies. You can request information about access, correction, export or deletion of your personal information by contacting us.
