PRODUCT CHOICES

Enough structure. Less noise.

A useful workspace should help you move the work forward, without becoming another job to manage.

The cost of one more field

A customer has asked for a proposal. Before answering, you open a contact record and find a long list of empty fields. Some may be useful one day. Right now, you need the conversation, the agreed scope and the next step. Every extra decision competes with the work you came to do.

Simple does not mean disconnected

In OhFellow, simplicity means keeping the useful connections. A person can have a follow-up. A quote can become an invoice. A recorded payment can link to the bank movement that supports it. Those connections matter more than making every screen offer every possible option.

Keep what helps you act

People is designed for relationship context, rather than a complicated CRM setup. Tasks gives the next action a home. Files keeps supporting documents nearby. The aim is enough structure to find the detail and move forward, with room for your own way of working.

A quieter active workspace

Not every record needs to stay in the daily view forever. Archive lets you put inactive people, documents and files aside without treating them as disposable. Financial records keep their own history. A clear working space comes from understanding what is active, not pretending the past never happened.

A product choice, not a feature count

I am not trying to win a contest for the longest list of tools. I want OhFellow to reduce the repeated work around running a small business. Sometimes that means connecting two steps. Sometimes it means leaving an unnecessary option out. The test is whether it helps you understand the work and get on with it.
