THE PHILOSOPHY

Learn the business by running the business.

The best moment to understand a process is often the moment you actually need to use it.

Learning close to the work

You do not always need a long article about accounting. Sometimes you need to understand why one figure on your screen differs from another. Is it an unpaid invoice? VAT? A payment date in another month? The question is useful because it comes from your own work.

Explain the difference

A workspace should make those distinctions visible. Cash received is not the same as invoiced sales. Archiving is not deleting. Marking an invoice delivered does not make it paid. Clear language and connected records can teach these differences without turning every screen into a lesson.

A guide with a boundary

Ask Fellow follows the same idea. It can explain how OhFellow works and help you think through the next step. It cannot send the mail or change the invoice for you. That boundary keeps the decision with the person responsible for the business.

Confidence, one step at a time

OhFellow is not a replacement for professional advice. It is a place to get more comfortable with the everyday work: keeping the record, understanding what happened, and knowing where to look next. You work solo. You do not have to work without context.
